Yell have signed with The NSC Group to provide Application Support for their Business File System, the driving force behind Yellow Pages, yell.com and 118 24 7.

It was vital that 24/7 technical support was available for this business critical system. During the initial Technology Transfer period, NSC were able to demonstrate that they could maintain a satisfactory level of application availability for users, deal with user queries and handle user requested development work.

As a result, a three year contract has been agreed between Yell and NSC Programming. The Business File system will be supported by remote access from Manchester with appropriate staff on call during operational hours.
