In partnership with Manchester City Council, the Landlord Information System (LIS) has been developed to help solve the problem of public and private sector tenants indulging in anti-social behaviour.

Originally part of the multi-million pound East Manchester regeneration project, the system has now been extended to cover all Manchester.
