Once a client has deployed a DataNovata solution, NSC then provides comprehensive technical support throughout its lifetime.

The operation of a DataNovata system is straightforward and hassle free thanks to the use of industry standard software and infrastructure. However, as business requirements develop and change, new queries, reports and features will need to be added.

Under the support agreement NSC will quickly develop and deploy enhanced versions of the DataNovata system(s) to satisfy constantly changing business needs, turning it into a truly agile solution.

In addition, as software standards change and Operating Systems are updated, NSC will provide routine updates of DataNovata under the standard maintenance agreement.
